Rare and known as the diamond of the kitchen, the white truffle takes center stage at the Tartufo Bianco Festival on October 31st and November 7th at Castelo Saint Andrews in Gramado. In a five-course dinner at Primrose, its unmistakable aroma is highlighted in dishes paired with select wines, on a journey through different regions of Italy.
