The Primrose restaurant is located in the heart of St Andrews Castle. Its name is inspired by a small flower that covers the fields around Scotland's famous castles. The primrose is reminiscent of the first rose of spring, as it blooms at the end of the harsh Scottish winter and symbolizes youth and friendship. With its delicate aroma, it enchants and also stands out in gastronomy, since its flowers are edible and add a special touch of flavor.

The cuisine is inspired by the local cuisine. Franco-Italian, but adapted to the terroir of Serra Gaúcha.
