Saint Andrews Castle offers an exclusive sequence of four fondues served in our award-winning Primrose Restaurant. Each sequence is prepared with select ingredients, including seafood, imported cheeses, filet mignon, and Belgian chocolate, providing a romantic and exclusive gastronomic experience.

  • Fondue by the Sea: Shrimp, scallops, squid, mussels and sole delicately prepared in court-bouillon, accompanied by dill dip, Provençal tapenade, caper dip and lemon emulsion.
  • Cheese Fondue: A creamy blend of imported cheeses for dipping baguettes, mixed breads, potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, and tomatoes.
  • Meat Fondue: Red Angus filet mignon strips to be prepared in bourguignon sauce, served with black truffle sauce, Dijon mustard pâté, and gorgonzola dip.
  • Chocolate Fondue: Belgian chocolate sauce with a touch of cognac, accompanied by Turkish apricots, seasonal fruits, and sliced almonds.
