Discover the Exclusive Advantages of the Saint Andrews Castle Cashback Program
The Saint Andrews Castle cashback program was created as a way to reward our customers for the loyalty and affection they show each time they stay with us.
The goal of the program is to make stays at our Castle even more special, allowing our guests to experience unique moments. We credit a percentage of the amount spent on their stay and any extra expenses for use on future stays, or for use of part of that credited amount on experiences during their stay.
The remaining balance can be used for a new booking within 90 (ninety) days from the check-out date, without restrictions and with complete freedom to combine it with other promotions in effect. Cashback offers flexibility and savings, ideal for those who love to explore unforgettable experiences with maximum convenience.
REGULATIONS
1. How to Participate:
Only individuals over 18 years of age who provide their CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) when purchasing accommodations or products and services from Partners may participate in the cashback program. Reservations must be made exclusively through the official digital channels of the Castelo Saint Andrews hotel, and participants must follow all the rules described in these regulations.
2. Cashback Accumulation:
Customers will accumulate 7% (seven percent) calculated on the net value of expenses during their stay. They will also accumulate 10% on the amounts spent on experiences at the Castle and on wine purchases from TWE (Terroir Wine Experience), as well as on products and services from the Partners of this Program.
e3. Credit Release:
From the cashback amount obtained, calculated on the total of the stays, the guest can use 50% immediately. The remaining 50% is for exclusive use on future stays. To the amount allocated for future stays, obtained from the current stay expenses, will be added the amount corresponding to 10% (ten percent) of what is spent on extra expenses at the Castle and/or the amounts spent at Partners. Its use is linked to the CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) used at the time of purchase.
NOTE: Of the amount available for immediate use in purchasing products and services, the guest may use, at most, the amount corresponding to 40% (forty percent) of the price charged. For example, if the product or service costs R$1,000.00 (one thousand reais), the guest may only use R$400.00 (four hundred reais) to purchase it.
3.1. Regarding the use of the credit obtained:
Under no circumstances may the cashback credited to the guest be converted into cash and returned to them.
4. Use of Credit:
Cashback can be used at any time during its validity period, provided the balance is valid and meets the availability conditions for suites or experiences stipulated in these terms and conditions. It can be combined with other promotions or discounts in effect.
5. Rescue:
The accumulated cashback balance can be used partially or in full, as described in item 3.

6. Credit Validity:
The cashback credit will be valid for 90 days, starting from the date the credit was made available. After this period, the balance will automatically expire and cannot be reactivated or extended.
7. Credit Transfer:
Cashback is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered CPF holder. The assignment, sale, or transfer of the credit to third parties is not permitted.
7.1. However, the credit can also be used by the cardholder to gift a third person via a gift voucher, provided that the amount transferred corresponds to the total amount credited as cashback to the cardholder.
8. Reservation Cancellation:
If the original booking is cancelled, the cashback that would have been applied to that booking will not be credited. If a booking made with cashback is cancelled, the cashback amount used will be refunded to the customer's balance, respecting the credit validity conditions.
9. Program Changes:
The Saint Andrews Castle reserves the right to change the conditions for earning and redeeming cashback at any time. Changes will only apply to bookings made after the date the regulations are updated, which will be announced in advance on the website and other official communication channels.
10. Notification of Changes:
Program participants will be notified of any changes to these regulations through official communications, such as email or posts on the Saint Andrews Castle website.
11. Regarding the Continuity of the Program:
At any time, and at the sole discretion of Château Saint Andrew, this program may be discontinued. However, all cashback credits earned within the program will remain valid until their expiry date.
12. Credit Expiration:
If the cashback is not used within 90 days, the balance will automatically expire, with no possibility of extension or refund.
