Inviting and romantic, fondue is a celebration of flavors and a perfect choice for sharing unforgettable moments as a couple on the cozy, cool nights of the Serra Gaúcha region.

At Saint Andrews Castle, we've created a unique experience that highlights the region's rich gastronomic culture, combining elegance with the irresistible charm of fondue.

This special dinner offers an exclusive selection of four fondue variations:

 

MENU

  • Fondue by the Sea: Shrimp, scallops, mussels and sole to be prepared on New Year's Eve. Garnished with Dill Dip, Provençal Tapenade, Caper Dip and Lemon Emulsion.
  • Cheese Fondue: Baguette, Olive Bread, Rye Bread, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Broccoli and Tomatoes to be bathed in a creamy blend of imported cheeses.
  • Meat Fondue: Red Angus filet mignon fillets to be prepared in Bourguignon and Black Truffle Sauce, Dijon Mustard Pate, Pepper Emulsion and Gorgonzola Dip.
  • Chocolate Fondue: Belgian chocolate and cognac sauce accompanied by Turkish apricot, seasonal fruits, and sliced almonds.

 

The experience will be accompanied by a bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne For couples. An experience full of flavor, sophistication, and romance in a stunning setting.

 

To conclude the experience, coffee, tea, and Saint Andrews mignardises will be served.
