On Saturday, October 10th, at 6 PM, the program begins with the Wine Experience in the Castle's award-winning wine cellar, recognized by Wine Spectator for eight consecutive years. The tasting will be led by our sommelier, featuring a special selection of wines.

One night in Spain

Next, the evening takes on a Spanish atmosphere with a Flamenco Dance performance, followed by a Harmonized Dinner of Jamón Ibérico, accompanied by selected Spanish wines.
